I have begun to decorate my baby girl's room; however, she came a month early and is sleeping in my room for now, so I have not finished decorating. The quilt is exactly what I wanted, the mobile is a bit flimsy but matches the set. I'm looking forward to looking at the fun ocean pattern with her. I love the stitching on the quilt and it appears to be of good quality.
Service and delivery comments:
Initially the customer service seemed fine when I ordered the products. When the items did not arrive in the time I was told they would, I spent a great deal of time calling the company to find out where my order was. I was told that they were with the shipper, and eventually was told to disregard the UPS tracking number they had sent me. I was told that I could not contact the shipping company and that they were either never answering their phones or were closed. Eventually the products arrived, but I was rather upset by the time they arrived since I'd set aside two weekends to decorate my baby's room and had expected to match paint colors with the quilt. The company has one other product I'd like to have, but I'm very reluctant to use them again. It would have been nice if they had at least offered to provide me with a discount for another purchase or some other way of trying to make me feel better about the lack of service.
