This changing table was a gift to a mom-to-be with chronic back problems and one bathtub on the second floor with built in, metal-rimmed shower doors. The prospect of bending through the doors with a wet wriggling one every day was daunting. With a large downstairs half-bath this changing table was the perfect solution.
Initially, the price seemed a tad high, but the pictures do not do it justice. It is a solid piece of furntiture and the bathtub set-up is secure and sturdy, which is for great piece of mind. The tub itself fits neatly inside the table and the changing pad is substantial. The wheels make for very easy moving and they lock in place for security. When you consider that this is a "multi-tasker" that will be used for years as a functional dresser, the price is less of an issue.
Any mom with back, knee, etc. problems who worrys about bathtimes injurying her, should seriously consider this unit. It will pay for itself with less trips to the chiropracter.
